Use the Swing Fix Kit for up to 60 days. If your swing doesn’t feel smoother, email us once and we refund you in full. No return shipping, no restocking fees, no forms.

The 60-Day Smoother-Swing Guarantee

Every kit is covered for 60 days from the day it’s delivered. If you’re not satisfied, for any reason, email support@swingsmooth.com with your order number and the word “refund.” That’s the whole process.

• Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your email.
• You don’t need to return the trainer. Keep it, gift it, donate it.
• The 10-Minute Tempo Guide is yours to keep either way.

Damaged or faulty items

If your trainer arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo and your order number. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — with zero back-and-forth.

Late or missing refunds

If 10 business days have passed since your refund confirmation and nothing has appeared, check with your bank first (processing times vary), then email us and we’ll chase it.
