Shipping

We stock our batch in a US warehouse, so your order ships domestically — fast, tracked, and free.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on every order — no minimums, no codes.

Timing

• Processing: orders are picked and dispatched within 1 business day.
• Delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch, shipped from our US warehouse.
• Your 10-Minute Tempo Guide is digital and is emailed to you within minutes of ordering, so you can start the routine while your trainer is on its way.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If it hasn’t updated within 3 business days, email support@swingsmooth.com and we’ll look into it.

If it doesn’t arrive

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, email us — you’ll get a free reshipment or a full refund, your choice. You will never be left chasing a parcel on your own.
