The fine print

Terms of Service

By using this site and ordering from SwingSmooth, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept them plain.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep product descriptions and prices accurate; if an error means we can’t honour an order, we’ll let you know and refund you in full. We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud).

The product

The Swing Fix Kit is a training aid, not a medical device. Swing within a clear space and within your own physical limits. Results vary from person to person — which is exactly what the 60-day guarantee is for.

Returns & guarantee

Your purchase is covered by our 60-day smoother-swing guarantee, set out in full in our refund policy.

Intellectual property

The SwingSmooth name, site content, and branding are ours. The product itself is a widely available training-aid category; our brand and materials are not.
